Yeah hit A-Rod again guys. That'll fix everything.
You think that was intentional, in a 2-0, must-win game? That was an aggressive quick hook by the ump.

I don't think it was intentional. I just think they're trying to pre-empt a beanball war. A-Rod had a ball thrown by his head earlier in the game by Buchholz (it hit his bat for a foul ball when he ducked), so that may have something to do with it too.

You're right, but the Buchholz one was a curve ball that looked like it just got away from him.
And there's yet another Yankee stadium HR that would be a routine fly out anywhere else

Better than the 298 foot HRs by the Pesky Pole.

Yeah, and what is the fence around the Pesky Pole, 4.5ft?

That HR went farther then Green's Walk Off.

Fenway is 300 feet directly down the line, then stretches out to 380. You aren't dumb enough to argue that Yankee stadium isn't an absolute joke to right field, are you?

 A joke of a field, now that is great. It's a WAY nicer field than Fenway. It's state of the art. You can't get a much better stadium than yankee stadium. RF may be easy for home runs, but it doesn't make the stadium a joke.

The dimensions are the same as the old Yankee Stadium. Both Fenway and Yankee are jokes to be quite honest, with disgustingly cheap homers available in both parks. I'd still argue that Fenway is more of a hitters' park overall, and that the numbers will start to show this as the new YS sees more action.

But doesn't the opposing team have an equal opportunity to hit a cheap (sic) HR over the right field fence too??
