Let the HIGH BIN exposure and the pimping on here and Blowout continue for a week then list at auction for .99 and let it run.

I just found out that audio from the longest game exists. Not the entire game but I was informed that audio from the 22-33 inning us out there. Oh how I would love to hear it!

Piggybacking on RITM's idea, I started my own 1982 Topps Ripken triple-signed project last year. I purchased the card for $10 raw and then sent it to Bob Bonner care of his ministry with a $10 donation. After a couple of months, the card was returned and then submitted to Mr. Schneider at his Illinois home. In only two weeks, the card was returned signed in beautiful blue sharpie. I awaited a local Cal Ripken signing and submitted my card two weeks ago to Ironclad Authentics through a local card shop. Got it back today and voila! Not sure whether to be bummed or OK with the Ironclad Authentics holograms on the back. Thanks for looking.

Looking through auctions and this caught my eye from a graded 1980 Charlotte O's set:

This set has an average grade of 7.43 and is #1 on the BGS Set Registry. It is even a higher grade than the #1 set on the PSA Registry. Only somewhat ironically, that PSA set is owned by the foremost expert in the world on Ripken minor league cards ("Ripken in the Minors"). Check out their site at http://www.ripkenintheminors.com for all sorts of great information on the cards.

His set (#1 on the PSA Registry) includes all cards except the Ripken, has an overall grade of 7.185, and because it isn't complete, has a weighted grade of 6.929.

For the record, I do have the Ripken WBTV. Mine is in an SGC slab and I do not know if it is worth crossing over.
