Hey Russ, I got outbid. I never thought it would go that high in the first place. So I got second place. I think it went to that one guy who said he was part of a whole network of Ripken collectors. I know he tried to call me a couple of times but I wasn't around. I'm sure he may have tried to contact you also. This was maybe a year or two back.

I added a signed 8 x 10 from Cal over the weekend. Cal graciously sent a signed 8 x 10 picture for a disaster relief fair I coordinated. I organized a community effort to help our flooded teachers replace personal teaching resources not covered by FEMA or insurance. I originally set a goal of $10,000. For a town of 4,000, I thought $10K was a huge target to raise over 6 weeks. We unofficially raised $17,500 in cash!

Having Cal's support meant so much. I can't put in words how much it meant to know that Cal had our back!

Thank you so much. Is anyone else watching the logo auction ending soon? Am I missing something or does the logo patch not look like the one on the jersey pictured on the back of the card? Maybe it is my screen.
