Can anyone confirm that Topps Pro Debut's release changed?

I was just checking google about Pro Debut and a few people are saying that it is now coming out on 3/31 instead of 3/17. If anyone can shed some light on this for me it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

I saw today that it was 3/31 according to Dave and Adams
