Can anyone identify this Shaq card?

So I have this Shaq card that I know is pack-pulled, but I can't remember from what product, or what it is really.

It is basically a 1992-93 Topps Shaq Rookie Card, but there is an embossed "Topps Originals" stamp, and it is hand-numbered to 100. I tried to find it in Beckett but finally gave up.

Anyone have any clue?
