I know it's a VERY shatty picture but is there anything of value here or is it just junk? Can anyone recognize anything here. Is that a mantle bat card up top?

I see two sweet spot signatures. Some of those are cool and a lot of scrubs. Other than that a lot of basketball and football which I know nothing about.

Definitely not Mantle...If we are looking at the same card, it's 2001 Fleer Game Time Lumber Hank Bauer (#'d/100)

Left side above the Oregon Sweet Spot is a Dan Marino Jersey. Not amazing but if I am correct it is a decent card.

Yup that's a Bauer. It's only about a $10 card.
Mantle isn't in the set but Maris is.

There's a dual auto, looks like a jumbo jersey or jumbo bat some letter autos, looks decent.

The main thing, if you get this lot, you can spell out "BOTANY" with the Lettermen...Scientists would like that...
