Win 30 more games THAT Zack Greinke doesn't pitch in?

I'm going to say yes no problem. They have a huge amount of talent that IMO has not broken out yet. Billy Butler and Mike Jacobs are two key players that even I have on my fantasy team. It is all about consistency and I think they can bounce back over a matter of time.

They do have huge amount of talent.Consistency has been bad.We seem to only be consistent at not scoring runs and the bullpen blowing leads if the SP hasn't already.

Anymore thoughts on this since the last two games?

I still like Callaspo. He's a good candidate to put together a nasty hit streak. He had a little slump ,but seems to be back in business.

I agree with you on that.Callaspo has really shown he can be a Denard Span type, with less speed.

I can't wait for Gordon to come back. Not that it will help them win but at least I can watch my favorite player again.

I voted no when this was posted, 1 point for me :)

I know the Royals have been bad but this year us Royals fans really expected something different. This decline has been blamed on everyone on KC messages boards and in my opinion they are all right. We can't get all parts working at once except a very few games. If the starting pitching doesn't blow it the relief does.Or if not them the defense.Or if not them the offense can't score a run.We will be lucky to win 50 games this year at this rate. :(

Speak for yourself. Many of us Royals fans didn't expect a huge turn around. We have the inevitable hope of a new season, but when you have a horrible pitching staff and think that Sidney Ponson is an upgrade the writing is kind of on the wall.

Well I will agree that I never though signing Ponson was great move. You really didn't expect better then this this year?I think you are in the minority of Royals fans.It is just my opinion though.I didn't mean to offend you Frow.

Isn't Soria semi-decent?

Yes, he's quite good. He has been injured this season. Problem is he is a closer so his skill level is only useful if they're already winning and with an anemic offense and inconsistant pitching staff he's pretty much useless.
