Ive thought about this scenario and although it would be a total ******** move by the buyer, can it happen?

Ex: You list a Dom Brown elite auto like this: 2008 Elite Domonic Brown auto RC

In the description, you mention it is an auto RC

******** buyer files a charge back because according to Beckett, it ISNT a rookie card (No RC next to listing).

I just think, no, know that ebay is the land of morons and losers and I dont put anything past many of the buyers.

A buyer can file a chargeback for any reason or no reason at all and they will win.

that would never happen

Bet you fiddy bucks it will, eventually.

Paypal is all about protecting buyers. If a seller lists a prospect card as a "rookie" and later wants his money back, I will bet you showing a copy of Beckett is enough "proof" that PP will side with the buyer

The OP hit upon a potentially ugly situation. This could, in the future, be huge

Are you kidding? A buyer can send you an empty package with DC and Paypal will side with them if you refuse a refund. Sucks.
