Cannot contact eBay members anymore?

I was just about to send a question to an eBay member to ask why shipping was so high on a card lot and it no longer gives me an option to email the seller. Just gives me a couple of options to look at pre-made answers. I then went to contact the member by going through their profile and ebay states this is not an option.

When did this happen?

click on "ask a question"

then on next page scroll all the way down and their is a link that will let you contact the seller.
