Can't click and drag ebay images anymore?

Has anyone noticed, or is it just me? I can't click and drag ebay images to my desktop any longer. Instead of a JPG, it's a Webp file, which doesn't open.

Can any computer savy people explain this and is there an easy way around it? I like to save images for a variety of reasons and I can do a snip and save it, so there is a work around I am aware of, but click and drag is easier.

Ebay changing yet again and taking away something that was useful, yet again.

I’ve noticed that too. I copy the image now and then paste it into Microsoft Paint and then save that file as JPG or PNG.
