Can't wait anymore - calling out Rookie Rolodex

I bought an 07 EEE Chris Davis from him on December 4th for $50. He said he had already redeemed it but I could lock in the price and he'd ship it to me as soon as he got it back from Donruss.

It's now May 26th and after checking in with him every so often and having him assure me he's still waiting, I requested a refund over a week ago and he's fallen completely off the map. I E-mailed and pm'd him.

I haven't seen him on here lately but any help regarding how to contact him is greatly appreciated. I know another user had a problem with him about a month and a half ago and it got worked out by virtue of the call-out method, and I have no other recourse at this point.

I'm driving cross country from CT to California next Tuesday and am not adverse to making a pit stop in Texas and knocking on his door for my money. I don't care if it costs $150 extra in gas to recover the $50, I'll go that route if I have to.

Thanks in advance and any help or feedback is greatly appreciated, especially if anyone knows any other sites he might frequent.

last count I'm over 75 corrected trades and less than 10 that there wasnt anything I could do.

Bump for help; still nothing from this guy, I re-read all of our correspondence since Dec. 4th and he seemed legit but has now fallen completely off the map. Even offered to send me a refund on March 30th at my request but obviously hasn't come through. I have copies of pm's and E-mails from him since over the last 6+ months if mods need them. I'm going to give him a little more time before I contact his local authorities.
