Card Shops / Rochester - Buffalo, NY

Hey all

Can anyone recommend card shops to visit in Rochester or Buffalo NY? Mostly looking for modern singles, GU, AU, and dollar / quarter type boxes to dig through for fun.

I know Dave+Adams have retail stores around Buffalo that look good. Anyone been there? Is it just wax from their online inventory, or a good selection of singles too?

Not much of anything in the singles dept. great selection of wax. Closest shop to there is southpaw sports in Syracuse, or hall of frames collectibles in yorkville. Long ride from buffalo.

I live in Canandaigua, about 20 miles from Rochester, and I have seen nothing worth visiting.

If you ever make the trek to Albany, there is a nice shop called Finnigans on Central Ave (Rt 5). Has just about everything one can hope/ask for.

So no one has visited the D+A store(s)? I saw on their website they have a "scratch & dent" store for discounted merchandise at their warehouse location, which sounded interesting.... but maybe it's just junk?

There is also another decent one on Niagara Falls Boulevard (near D&As), but I can't find the info online. Also there is a Flea Market that has a handful of dealers on Walden. It's open on the weekends.
