Cards that are more valuable than I would have expected

In inventorying my collection, I know I have some valuable cards as part of my Topps and Topps Update sets, but I have been surprised at how valuable a few of the insert cards I have collected are now. These are cards that I am sure I paid very little for at the time of release.

2008 Topps Update Chrome Rookies Brett Gardner CHR 22 (I also have 4 other spares. Wish I had picked up a Kershaw.)

2012 Topps 1987 Topps Mini Mike Trout #TM127
