I still can't believe I got paid for either of those. I listed the Kershaw for a $100 BIN with BO and was hoping for $30. Raw blues were selling for $5-8 at the time of my sale. I almost broke my finger clicking ACCEPT OFFER on ebay for that one.

00 SPX Ty Cobb jersey /350 for $565. Sold it just before pricing came out in Beckett; after that it barely got $300. Not sure what they go for now.

I'm sure there are many that I've sold for much more than they should have, but one that happened recently was from football. I hit a BIN on a Joe Flacco Topps Chrome Printing Plate RC for $30, figuring I'd resell it for between $40 and $60, based on sales of some other cards. Well, auction ends at a dissapointing $34. So I wait for payment, nothing, then get a message from the buyer saying payment is coming in a day or two, never comes. Then I get another message claiming to be the actual account owner, saying his brother used his account without permission. Whatever. He appologizes, agrees to mutually cancel the transaction so I get my fees back, he leaves me positive feedback and I relist it. With a day to go on the second auction it's already over $30, then the day it's ending it starts shooting up, some guy just keeps bidding in small chunks until he's the high bidder. So it sits at $70, then jumps to $90 at the end. Needless to say I was happy. It's all about timing I guess.

I sold a heavily creased (front and back) Gilbert Arenas 2003-04 UD Exquisite Auto Patch for $90 early this year. I was figuring to get $40, but that was a nice surprise.

Also sold a Jason Thompson Bowman Chrome Refractor RC Auto for $40 or $50. I bought it for $10, I believe they get about that much now.

Also sold a Shareef Abdur-Rahim 1/1 Plate for $50.

Also sold a Nelson Cruz Topps Chrome Black Refractor Auto for $40 during the Home Run Derby.

Have had some other pretty good deals in the past, but these come to mind first.
