I would have like to have seen a 2003 Bowman Chrome auto rc of Adam Jones. The overall hideousness and lack of quality control on his 2003 PP autos have prevented me from buying any and I would really like to have a rc collection of his. What cards do you wish existed?

Dufex foil cards of Josh Johnson.

Hell, basically any mid 90's Pinnacle, Select, Score, Leaf, UD or Ultra inserts that were tough to pull would look sharper than the same stupid pose the card companies use on EVERY card the past two years.

3 of the first few posts are as simple as good looking cards from multiple companies.

Rick Porcello 2008 Bowman Chrome Auto

He has so many different rookie cards and autos in 2008...it would be nice to have one that obviously stands above the rest as his best first year auto.

ah, this time you beat me. But strangely enough, it wasn't my first thought.

I'd have loved a 2004 Bowman Chrome Draft Yovani Gallardo.
More specifically, a blue refractor.
2004 Blue refractors, imo, are the best blue refractors ever by far.
And Gallardo WAS on the original checklist.
So now 2004 just has the eee, sp prospects... and two years later the 2006 chrome.
Which is great..
But not as great as a 2004 could have been.

I have always wished for a Topps set that contained every player that played in a Major League game from 1951-now that has never been on a card...with the design of the card corresponding to the year that they made their debut. Backs could have debut year statistics followed by career statistics. I can just imagine a 1971 black bordered Rimp Lanier card.

That has always been my DREAM SET...

1977 Topps Jim Fregosi.

For some reason, he was skipped that year, but back in 1978 Topps.
