Carlos lee Pickups! +PWE question on a Lee card

I picked these two up the other day. I think they are awesome, anyone else agree.
This is my second Monikers auto of his (I have the gold non-gu auto thanks mlballtimeautos)!

Now, I also picked this up, but it was shipped with no top loader in a PWE so it was damaged. What should I do? The seller has not responded to my email.

Amazing pick ups. No top loader in a PWE on that card?!?!?! Seriously, what is wrong with people sometimes! If they don't respond, file with Paypal and Ebay.

sweet cards man! that red x is beautiful. as for the pwe incident, i say you drop a negative on that punk, why would anyone ship a card like that in a pwe anyways?

Think that is bad, about 4 months ago when i was shopping around for anther Jeter ss auto I bought on ebay and it came in a loose bubble mailer with no case! omg I was so mad but the seller refuned me my money back and had a believable excuse his wife packaged it up and sent it. But now I got two alot better than that one and lower numbered.
