Carrasco vs. Collier vs. Brown vs. Marson vs. Taylor

On Monday, BA's Top 10 Prospect lists will resume, starting with Philly.

I don't see a clear #1 prospect, so I've listed who I believe are the five most likely candidates.

Who do you think it will be? Or is there another? Cast your votes.

My guess is Carrasco will stay at #1, with Marson tailing him at #2. Also I think Donald could out rank Collier or Brown in the list. If it was up to FCB I think it would go Carrasco then Collier as Collier seems to be pretty popular on these boards.

I don't get it....some experts love Carrasco (as do I) some think he's a number three at his peak. I think the guy is super talented and just needs seasoning.
