How about 2005 UD Reflections? Looks like cost would be about $57 per slot...
Got some great patches and autos in there.

2005 Sweet Spot Classic...1 to 2 jumbo patches per case and a ton of autos and game used make it a fun case to break. Of course I'm biased because I want the patches.

Thats not a bad idea! Those patches and the chase for them make it nearly worth it just for them! I second this suggestion!

I like that idea! Awesome patch cards!
The regular jerseys cards were good looking too!
Lots of Hall Of Famers too! I am also biased! ;)

I say we do this might be costly but heres what we could do. I think this would be fun all sorts of stuff you could pull and plus it all has prospects.

2 boxes 08 Bowman Sterling
2 boxes 08 Bowman Draft
2 boxes 08 Bowman Chrome
2 boxes of 08 Bowman
2 boxes 08 Donruss EEE
2 boxes 08 Donruss Threads
2 boxes 07 Bowman Sterling
2 boxes 07 Bowman Draft
2 boxes 07 Bowman Chrome
2 boxes 07 Donruss EEE

I be up for that, but why stop at 2 boxes? How about a case of each. j/k! that would break the bank for most members. I would just sell my car to do it.

I like the idea of Sweet Spot Classic. I'd probably take a slot or two for that.

I like the idea of sweet spot classic, but I have a feeling you'd be looking at a few people getting a few base cards. If that price isn't too high, though, I think it'd be a good one to gamble with.

My only suggestion is that you do a random drawing, and let people pick a specific player before picking the teams for each slot.

Part of me thinks the highend breaks are not a good idea here.

I agree with that. Most of the box breaks that I participate in are between $30 - $60 a slot.

Why would you think you're doing something wrong? What you're doing is great and if people don't want to participate then they don't have to. Whether you're busting the wax or we're doing it ourselves, we all have to understand that it's a gamble to get good cards. I actually like the case break with a group and had a blast with the Absolute break. Sure most of us won't make our money back but did everyone really think they were going to? I sure hope not and frankly I'd say most of us only went in hoping to get the Yankees and pull a Ruth jumbo.

It seems like you can't please everyone here all the time and unfortunately you can't even please some of the people some of the time. Thanks again for doing these breaks and do whatever makes it fun and easy for you...if you break the case they will come!

PS - I'm in for 3 if you do 05 Sweet Spot Classic.

I'd love another 07 or 08 BDP break. 07 bowman sterling would be sweet too, I just don't see anyone getting what they paid for in 08 bowman sterling. It's a really weak product IMO.

Do the highend stuff for the guys that want the highend stuff and the lowend stuff for the guys that want the lowend stuff. I got a vasectomy w/ the absolute update, it sucked, stuff happens.

There are enough people that want highend to keep it going. Same all the way around. Andrew is one of the 10 people on the planet that I trust with no reserve. I have no, nor will I ever have any reserve when it comes to product with him.

Highend products I'd be interested in: 1975 topps, 2001 bc ( i know it's expired), 2005 exq fb, 1998 contenders, hell anything pre-1980, 78-79 topps hockey (opc also).

Lowend:
93 and 94 sp, 07 topps jumbos,

I'm a huge fan of 2004 SP Patch edition - not sure if a case of it can be found, but it would be a lot of fun. 05 Ultimate Signatures do-able?

I'd also like to second bigfan5 and justinmaddawg's comments - you do a great job with the breaks, and they're a ton of fun to watch.

Thanks
Jeff

Andrew, you are doing nothing wrong. I thank you for doing these breaks. I do not bust a lot and spending 40 bucks here and there with the chance to get a big pull is fine by me. People should realize that you are guaranteed nothing big when you sign up for these breaks. You could get lucky, or you could get kicked in the nuts.
