Actually, he paid $2700 for it. I offered $2500 about an hour before he bought it and was turned down.

BTW Brian, Bob Gibson's rookie card is 1959. You have his autographed rookie card listed as 1958.

And Mantle's rookie card is the '51 Bowman, not the '52 Topps. However, I think it's pretty cool that this card is in there at all.

But in any event, looks pretty intriguing and while I won't be breaking/buying any, I'll be looking forward to see what everyone else gets!
