Hey, haven't seen you around here in a while. Welcome back.

I've wondered about this for a while, and you're the perfect person to ask. You mention that you've been holding these since 2003. My question is, at what point do you feel that the opportunity cost on a card exceeds its potential? Personally I often sell when there is a spike knowing that I will most likely be able to pick up more cards later, and while I respect the confidence that one has to have to wait on a player as they go up and down many times over, I'm not sure I really understand the reasoning and was hoping you could explain.

All I can say is I made good by Topps replacing my redemption cards with 3 Bills Rookie Autos. At the time I was pissed, now I don't even remember the card that was replaced.

If he makes it 5-0 I could see them approaching $50 (especially with a great start.) A poor start might knock them back to low $30's. A no-decision we may see slight declines.

I listed some now, with a BIN/BO and will see based on the offers. I was able to pick up 20+ recently at right around $20 apiece, so I'm happy with the quick flip. I try not to get too greedy knowing how market can be, but I'm not looking to dump everything just yet, that's for sure. I also have 95 Prospect Premieres base rookies that I picked up on thepit.com.

Thanks. Good luck with yours. Billingsley has definitely shown he's one of the best in baseball, and hopefully shows that again tonight. (It's crazy that he's still just 24.)
