Only my opinion but this decision will either be a good one or a not so good one and the only person with alot on the line is Chris. Since we all enjoy the site and the access it gives us to others in the hobby, I hope it turns out to be a good one.

Reputation is more important than reality.
In this case, the reputation is clear and the reality is blurry...neither is good.
Don't know Evan personally, don't plan on it. I know what I would have done in this partnership situation, but fortunately, I don't have to deal with any side of it.
I have sold a lot of cards to Evan and bought some as well (Hey Evan I bought the Red Taillon BC Auto off you the first time around). I like him and he treated me fair even if I did give him too good a deal
I honestly dont remember the red Taillon.

I trust Chris enough. Besides...Georgia is a wee bit far for me to drive to go to a card shop. In any case...I trust his judgement.
Thank you Chris for thinking about your customers first. Evan definately gives us buyers here in the Atlanta market a better opportunity to have options to choose from for our collections. Evan will definately bring in more sports cards traffic as word gets out. Evan is nothing but high class, and I commend you for taking this chance. Evan is a pleasure to deal with and you will definately keep my business. Also Chipper is definately not a first ballot HOF...just sayin

I don't move large lots or have eleventy billion eBay transactions but I have had fakes and forgeries in my collection. I have not made them nor have I known prior to having them pointed out to me..
Point is I'm small fry and I've had em I can only imagine how many big time movers and shakers have unknowingly had hundreds if not thousands non original cards roll through.
I don't need to know who does what where but I think bringing it up before it gets out is the smart thing to do. Good luck to both of ya..
