Yeah, usually they mix it up more. Can't blame them for bringing all those Steelers off the SB win. It is surprising how popular football guest must be now. Seems shows have more of them than baseball guys. Same with the big show in Chicago this weekend. Really Football heavy with the guests. I bet the summer show will be baseball heavy for CSA.

Don't you think most baseball people are a little busy right now?

Just got back from the show. It is much bigger than my usual show in St. Louis so it was pretty overwhelming at first. After going through all the rows, it was mostly football and memorabilia. There was one table with a lot of BGS stuff from Sterling and EE, lots of shiny cards, but I found my niche in the dollar boxes. I spent over $100 and did pretty well. I probably won't go again because it took me a lot of time and money to get from Georgetown to the show.

Would like to make it, but busy today and tomorrow. I think it's been about 3 years since I made it out there. I used to go at least once a year when we lived in PG County, but not as much since we moved closer to Baltimore.

I went today and had a good time but did not pick up much, spent less than $100. Found a Contenders Viciedo auto for $150 (good price) but left it. My highlights were 07BC Brett Anderson xfractor 75 cents, 07BC Cahill ref auto PSA 9 $35, 08BC Yamaico Navarro blue ref $3, and 8-13 chrome lots 10 cents each.

Was reading the reports on the show on signigshotline.com site. Sounds like the autograph guests did real well. One guy posted the summer show is shooting for both new MLB and NFL HOF classes.
Jim Rice is close to being a done deal and Rickey Henderson is in the works. Henderson hasn't done many shows, gotta think he won't be cheap. Just think of all the inscriptions you could get from him.
