Topps signs players individually
I thought Topps just signed a long-term deal with the NFLPA as a unit in 2012.
The nflpa means nothing actually. Its all about logo use.

You said Topps signs players individually, which I didn't think was the case since they have a licensing deal with the NFLPA. I had thought the NFLPA deal meant they weren't signing players individually (barring autographs, of course).
