Won't buy too much of this, but it is fun to try and get items for the PC, and it worked out that I pulled a couple of keepers.

Topps Town Stars 1:3--Greinke, Soriano, Pujols
Opening Day Blue Parallel (#'d to 2010) 1:5--Gallardo, Jackson
Topps Attax Opening Day Foil 1:6--Braun, Sizemore
Mascots 1:4--Braves, Royals (I'll need a TC Bear and a Fredbird sooner or larer!)
Where'd you go, Bazooka Joe? (1:9)--Sabathia, Pujols--beat the odds there!
Superstar Celebrations (1:9)--Yankees (against the Twins in the ALDS  )

Nice to pull a couple of Pujols cards. Included a scan of the Granderson card, just as a sample. Also pulled the Mantle base. Haven't pulled one from regular Topps yet, and first packs I open of this, and I get Mantle.

Nice Pujols cards Also why does the Royals mascot look so sad? And the Braves mascot looks high ?

Didn't this product used to contain (base) cards of only people on the Opening Day roster (hence the name)? Seems like it releases earlier and earlier each year. That Braves mascot card is kind of scary.

I thought so too, but I guess they just cut back the number of cards--no team cards, league leaders, player combo cards, etc.--and release it that way. I am bummed that they went away from using a different color scheme--just lose the foil--this year. The plus is the blue parallels. Numbered the same as the Golds in regular Topps, but with better odds. That alone will probably keep my buying some more. And the Mascot card are scary. Well, that "stoned" Braves guy is.
