If you could choose the Buy Back card for a buy back auto of a guy you collect, what card would it be. Might be your favorite card from childhood, or just one you've always liked.

For me, it would be this Yount from Topps:

i don't know why, but this has always been my favorite Yount card. I think it was because it was the same year I got into baseball big time as a kid. I was collecting the card at the same time he was winning the MVP too.

call me greedy but i'd love to see a triple auto on this card. 2 of my childhood favorites (langston and finley) and a pretty significant figure in baseball history. seeing as how chuck and mark have yet to have a certified auto, it would kill 2 birds with 1 stone for me :ugeek:

While I don't collect Ripken, I would have to say this card would be my pick:

I love that card Dave. I got Sanchez to sign it at Piratefest this year, but with Bay gone and Jack on his way out, I don't know that it will get completed any time soon.

I've always loved this card, both because Van Slyke was my favorite player when I first started watching baseball, and I love the look of the Pittsburgh skyline in the background.

I tried to TTM the 1991 Score Langston/Witt No Hit card with no luck. I sent it to Langston first and it never returned.

It'll never happen, but 1998 UD Retro Quantum Leap...they were limited to 50 or less when they were released and almost never show up.

Most of the Gaetti autos I buy are like buybacks to me, so i'll go with an Ozzie Smith favorite. I think a few folks would agree that these would be an awesome buyback...
