Looks like he needed 55 yards earlier. I will look to see what he has now.

He also broke Marshall Faulk's yards from scrimmage record already.

He's at 112, 16 more to go...He isnt doing as well as he usually does. HE has 28 carries to get that 112.

Just thought I'd share what I just read from a comment on NFL.com-

Have CJ play the teams AP has, and he wouldn't come close to 2000 yards. Not to mention, CJ's o line is much better. Ap does have a fumbling problem, but is a good running back. I am tired of hearing about 2000 yards, who cares...it means nothing if you don't go into the post season, and they won't. CJ hasn't broken one record, and never will, 296 rushing yards in one game. Ap has that one. Good for CJ though.

     Ignorance can in fact be painful. ::facepalm::

Good for him. I'm sure he'll enjoy it while car shopping with his O-Line and sitting at home watching the play offs.

Gotta love the haters. The man is only the 6th player in NFL HISTORY to rush for over 2,000 yards.

I mean, my team is about to make the playoffs but who cares really.. they aren't going anywhere. I would have easily traded this farce playoff run in exchange for 2,000 yards rushing for Ray Rice.

No one will remember who made the playoffs in 2010 by next year. Kind of hard to forget a Chris Johnson who gets to 2K.

So individual stats are more important to you than team success?

Do you honestly think the Ravens have a chance against the Colts, Chargers, or even Patriots?

Nice attempt at trying to warp my point though.

How did I warp your point? You said you would trade the Ravens play off run for a 2000 yard season from Ray Rice. Am I misinterpreting that somehow?

Of course team success is paramount to all else, but when you can't have the postseason what is the point of criticizing a player making history? I mean, did you think CJ could put the team into the playoffs by himself?

My point in the Raven analogy is that they are a very weak post season team. Congrats to them, they "made it". But what does it matter if they don't go all the way?

I just didn't like how they quit halfway through a game a few weeks ago because they didn't feel they could come back to win so they just started handing the ball to CJ just so he could get 2K and not try to win a game.

I have two Johnson autos up on ebay as we speak, I am hoping that his performance today gives me a few extra dollars. The Shadow Box is such a nice card, I am actually pretty sad to see it go.
