Chris Kunitz to miss 4-6 weeks...Caputi recalled

Penguins forward Chris Kunitz will miss 4-6 weeks for surgery to repair a torn abdomen muscle. the Penguins have recalled top prospect Luca Caputi to replace Kuntiz on the roster. hopefully Caputi will provide some spark to the Pens struggling offense. he has 13 goals and 13 assists in 36 games with the WB/S Pens. he scored 1 goal in 5 games last season with the Pens.

well the Pens finally won a game even if it was against Atlanta. the real test will be on Thursday against the Flyers.

Caputi scored a nice goal off a crazy assist from Malkin.

Well the Penguins certainly need a spark. Maybe Malkin will get rolling now he's been slumping too long. I though Kunitz was a great pickup last season but he never really got rolling this year.

I think having Caputi on his line will help jump start Malkin here in the second half. I think the Pens will be fine they are just going through a little slump. a win over the Flyers tomorrow will make the whole team feel better.

Well hopefully the fact that the Flyers are playing tonight will help the Pens. I just hope Gonchar isn't out too long, they really need him (not that I don't on my fantasy team either. )
