How much does BG pay you to pimp his stuff?

No need for pay me when I'll gladly praise the products (which I carry) due to their quality.

Apparently Topps did send Beckett a loaded box. Or Chris Olds is the luckiest guy on earth, his personal box of ginter + this one -- 2 glossy 1/1's.

^ It's no secret.
Happens with 85% of their "Preview Breaks" that is put out to pimp a product.

I don't see why people are hating on this idea.

I for one, love it. I think it's great for the hobby.

I've seen people complaining that Topps didn't come out and say this was happening beforehand. Um, that's the point. It's supposed to be a surprise.

It makes people sound bitter because they threw out boxes before this news broke.

I just don't get why people whine because Topps is doing something cool.

The thing is Topps did announce it - just in a sneaky fashion, very fitting for the product.

I really like this years Ginter for some reason. I think it's because Lindsey Vonn is in it. She's been a local celebrity here in Colorado since she was a teenager so it's been very easy to follow her career. As far as I know it's her first time on cardboard and first official autograph from Topps.

I am probably one if the biggest critics of Topps. I pretty much despise everything they are and what they have become. That being said, this was a pretty awesome idea. I like the the fact that people will be searching for these cards, wondering if they are in a dumpster forever lost.

I want to agree with all of the sane people in this thread and say this is one of the coolest things I've seen in the hobby in years. It reminds me of a time where you weren't guaranteed "hits".

Well, maybe BBC was
