Christian Ponder is just horrible

Not that scoring on the Packers d is tough, but Ponder led his team to the playoffs!

Adrian Peterson led them to the playoffs, not Ponder.

But you would probably say that Teblow led Denver to the playoffs last year or Trent Dilfer led the Bucs to the Super Bowl, wouldn't you?

BTW, what seed did the Bucs get in the playoffs? I don't know, because you haven't said much this season........

Riding coattails of superior players does not earn you individual credit for team success. The Vikings made it to the playoffs despite Christian Ponder. If AP goes down, they're toast.

All I see in Ponder is a game manager.

Hes not going to make the big plays, handle pressure, or be asked to be a clutch performer.

Like I have said many times , if nine defensive players weren't keying in on AP and were actually looking to defend the pass and run some complicated schemes and blitz packages against ponder he would be even worse than Sanchez.

He has a VERY VERY hard time reading defenses when he even knows they are trying to only stop Peterson.

No matter what player 90% of people think is horrible, there will always be the remaining 10% that believes in the guy. Ponder would be better suited for the CFL or something in my opinion.
