definitely on the favre. i think i was guilty of that when i was a kid and for years after farve got stuck in my head.

This works for players with odd names, but might not help with a player named dave jones.

nolan ry* -ryan


The * says take everything after nol
the - says do not include

I had to enhance my Hensley Meulens saved search because both sellers and manufacturers misspell his name: (meulens, muelens, meullens, muellens). In searches on Japanese sites, it phonetically translates to Mullen or Mullin, as well.

i knew the -omit trick but didn't know this wildcard one. thank you!

I can't spell for sh!t. Good thing FCB has auto correct for spelling. I used to drive my wife crazy about how to spell words.
