I've come across a baseball with autographs of certain memebers of the 500 HR club which comes with a COA.

They include Mickey Mantle and Ted Williams on the sweet spot. Others include Mike Schmidt, Ernie Banks, Hank Aaron, Willie Mays, Frank Robinson, Reggie Jackson, Eddie Matthews, Harmon Killebrew and Willie McCovey.

My question is, what would you pay for this baseball if you had the money? Any opinions are great, thanks!

Don't worry about the COA. Its just a piece a paper. I can go get Ryne Sandberg tommorow and make my own COA at home. What does that tell you if I offer it on here ? Scan some pics of the Williams ands Mantle and post them because those are going to be the two suspect graphs your worried about...

Yeah, not many COAs bring too much respect these days other than companies like UDA, Steiner and a handful of others.

I've handled dozens of these balls, including a fake. Post the pics & I'll give my opinion. Ken Goldin/Scoreboard did handle the items in the late 80's. The only time all 11 living (at the time) 500 club members were together was at an Atlantic City show in '87 (or '88, i dont remember exactly).

They didn't all have to be together. I could had I have Ernie Banks sign it last week and Mantle in 1991. I have a ball that I have been working on for 10 years of the Braves 91 team. I slowly get one or two players to sign it IP a year.

Only problem I really would have in regards to the item is why did someone think it was a good idea to have two people sign the sweetspot. I have seen a player run into the signature of another on the sweetspot causing a trainwreck of an autograph.
