Some really great stuff in here folks. I especially love the Will Clark signed RSVP.

Here are my additions:

A copy of this card is also owned by another member on FCB. That does not take away from how scarce the card it. We are pushing 6 years since a copy appeared at public auction. A very small handful of these out there. For those of you who are not aware, the orange cards were produced by the Charlotte Police Department. The cards were given out to children one or two at a time by the officers in 1980. This is not a stadium set with a production run over 1,000. I would say an estimate of 50 remaining in the hobby would be generous. That is just my opinion.

The following is a set of full tickets to the longest game in professional baseball history. Cal's Rochester Red Wings would play 32 innings against the Pawtucket Red Sox before the game would be called after 4:00 a.m. on Easter Sunday. A book about the longest game entitled "Bottom of the 33rd" was released last year. I was stunned when I found out that my website was mentioned in the book. I only know of one other complete set. It resides in a place called Coopertown.

Continuing the minor league theme, here is a Charlotte O's jersey (Not Cal's) worn during the 1980 season. Cal and the Charlotte O's would win the Southern League championship. I had the pleasure of interviewing Cat Whitfield for my website. Cat played with Cal and actually beat out Cal for the SS position in 1980. The only time Cal saw at SS was when Cat got married. The O's were preparing for a reunion and Cat offered to take my jersey to the reunion to get signed.

Cat even sent me his badge from the reunion:

i got some strange ones, but i'll post this first ...
NIC CAGE had one of the greatest comic book collections ever.
(His copy of Action Comics #1 just resold for $2.16 million!)
Then he married Elvis' daughter, and she made him sell his collection ...

This next part copied from WIKI:
Cage was born Nicolas Kim Coppola ... Through his father, Cage is the nephew of director Francis Ford Coppola ... To avoid the appearance of nepotism as the nephew of Francis Ford Coppola, he changed his name early in his career to Nicolas Cage, inspired in part by the Marvel Comics superhero Luke Cage.

When his comics went up for auction, i didn't care about the high grade Marvel Comics or Action Comics, i wanted one book:

This was his childhood reading copy, and the reason he changed his name ...

My grandfather worked for the city of Anaheim for 20 years before retiring due to illness. He passed away before my 2nd birthday and about 10 years ago, my grandmother gave me these...

I had never seen this particular item before or since I acquired it. I believe it was intended to be a giveaway card at a speech/presentation about the perils of using tobacco. (I need to scan the back at some point), but I've listed it is a Stamp Out Tobacco card. Seller had an entire brick of them, which I ended up buying (probably 200 of them). Other 2 items are self explanatory.

Mine's not baseball related, hope thats OK.

A set of Race used NHRA fire Gloves from Cory McClenathan used while driving his Top Fuel dragester at over 330 mph in the 1/4 mile. Picked these up at the Memphis race a few years back, he had donated them to help raise funds for a driver who was injured. I took them back to the pits during one on the breaks & got him to hold them for a picture.
