Rule 3: if you claim a card you MUST be willing to offer an item for the next tier we are moving towards.
Again, anyone can post a $1-5 to start until something is claimed, so we are NOT limited to just one posting. But once someone takes something from that level, the level is closed and we are onto the next one.

Definitely need to post the next tier, but unsure if others can post cards as well or if there is a time limit until that happens. [MENTION=2455]Bill Menard[/MENTION] should be able to clarify that

Yes, my thinking was that we can have many items posted for each level, but it closes as soon as an item in that level is chosen by a board member.

If Mac takes a $1-5 card, that tier is closed and he must post a $6-10 card, but others can post in that tier as well!
