Well I bought some cards off All In Cards as I have done in the past. All the cards were in great shape except for the Zach Collier refractor. The card has these black/gray streaks going across it(bottom and top right corner). I have never seen anything like it before. I contacted Andrew and of course he took care of me. He gave me a great discount on another card which he really didn't need to do.
On to the larger problem. I went looking for the card and picked up the wrong refractor. I took it out of the top loader it has the same marks. Now the card from Andrew does have a nic on the bottom middle but the other cad I bought doesn't. I have a Collier xfractor and a couple of base and none of them have this problem.
So I wanted to see if anybody else has this. I would assume these would kill the surface grade. I am planning to ship them back to Topps next week.
