Stickied, as your product doesn't get the benefit of the manufacturer's forum.
This product is a good thing, and Pastime is taking steps far beyond the normal "repacking" products.

I'm not entering, but I love the look of the art cards in the OP. They remind me of New Orleans/Jazz-type art.

Very cool concept, sounds like the final product will be extremely nice too.

As for pairing, it's gotta be Ruth/Gehrig! It's hard to mention one without thinking of the other, and how incredible is it that two of baseball's true all time legends played for the same team at the same time. The way I see it, a card like that isn't just a card, it's a piece of baseball history.

Thanks for the opportunity and good luck with the product!

Probably Ruth/Young - Ruth is the greatest hitter, Young is the greatest pitcher and we have a Red Sox/Yankees pairing.

As much as I root against the stinkin' Yankees, I'd have to say Ruth and Gehrig. I still say Gehrig is over-looked when people talk about the All-Time Greats.

Thanks for the Contest and GL on the new Release!

Re: Contest - Win a box of 2013 Pastime Collection: Enshrined Edition

I would have to go with Ruth and Robinson. Besides both of their tremendous actions on the field, they both revolutionized the game and industry. These two individuals are the ones that come to mind when I hear the quote, :"heroes get remembered, but legends never die".

Thank you for the contest. The artwork is incredible. Fantastic job!

As for the card, I would go with Babe Ruth and Ty Cobb. It took a lot of thought, but I ended with those two. The reason is that when I think of baseball, those 2 names are synonymous with it. Obviously, so are the rest, but those 2 were bigger than the game.

Do we have to choose just 2!? I'll take an 8 way cut signature card

But if I had to choose 2, I would probably go with Roberto Clemente and Jackie Robinson. They both did so much for the world of baseball, and helped open the doors for more players. Its actually a hard to choose just 2 from that list

I vote: Babe Ruth / Lou Gehrig

I like the idea of keeping it Yankees theme, Ruth and Gehrig are both class acts and historic figures of the game and I feel like these two cuts are rare solo but together would make a very nice piece.

Thanks for the contest... no matter who wins!

I'd have to go with Jackie and Babe. Babe Ruth is the ultimate icon of the sport and you can't pass on his sig. Jackie Robinson also changed the sport by breaking the color barrier and can never be forgotten. Thanks for the contest.

Lou Gehrig and Babe Ruth. 2 of the best players in baseball and would be really cool to have a dual cut auto of them.

Contest - Win a box of 2013 Pastime Collection: Enshrined Edition

As much of a Yankee fan as i am, and i would root for them till the day i die, I would have to go with clemente and Robinson. Well, Robinson took the game by storm by 1. Breaking the color barrier, 2. Made his presence known not just by the color of his skin, but by his talent of the game and 3. Till this day, he by far one of the most respected men to ever play the game. Well, with Clemente, first Puerto Rican player to be enshrined into the HoF. He was a 15x all star, and finally, 1 of 2 players to EVER be inducted PRIOR to the required 5 year period....Need I say more??? Thanks for the chance to win in yet another great contest!

Looking for Alex Rodriguez Cards, let me know!

Thanks for the contest! I'd have to go with Ruth/Gehrig. Just because they were 2 of the greatest to ever play. All 8 are great but that would be my pairing. Love the concept of getting to pick design and others.

Thanks for the contest.
Ruth & Gehrig because I'm such a die hard Yankees fan & they're two of baseball's "immortals."

I'd go with Clemente / Ruth.

* Clemente won the Babe Ruth award in 1971
