I don't live anywhere near the shop, and probably will never step foot inside, but since I didn't see this warning anywhere

Been a member at http://www.freedomcardboard.com for a long time, and since I happened to be travelling recently here I had to stop in to check out the shop. Very impressive! Great selection of product (I collect baseball), knowledgable staff, and great in-store promos!

There is nothing odd about it at all.
If someone owned a brick and mortar and sent out a company new letter, with a link inside to say give us a review you would see the same thing. In the end its all about SEO and number of reviews does make a major difference. Since we are more social media than card shop, it just makes getting reviews a bit easier than if you owned a restaurant.

am I the only cynical ass who tends to ignore most positive reviews, because they are probably bs anyway?
I find that people don't go out of their way to give genuine praise, whereas they will take the time when they are pissed.

I walked in and quickly had to turn around and walk out, I just could not stand the stench. It reminded me of an old age home and way too much baby powder

Pete J- Great cardshop for all of your 1991 Fleer commons needs. I found #40 Bob Kipper for only one dollar! I can't wait wait to go back with my wantlist of 1988 Topps and go through all the 50,000 count boxes of commons! And if you have commons, bring them down! The owner would love to go through each one individually and tell you the book value for each!
