I won a card from them the last week and when I got it, it was the wrong card. Messaged them through ebay and still haven't heard back after a few days. I looked up their phone number but it just rang and rang. Anyone else have success getting them to respond to you? Is the only way to get their attention to file a claim?

I've had that happen before. They'll just ask you to send it back for a refund. You'll get the refund, eventually. They probably don't have the correct card.

Depends on the card. In the past they've told me to keep the wrong card and sent the correct one as well. I think you'll get a faster response sending them a direct email, not through ebay (edit- yep that up above)

I bought a 2001 Fleer Game Time Famers Lumber Phil Rizzuto Bat /100 and they sent me a 2001 Fleer Game Time Famers Lumber Bill Skowron Bat /100. The Skowron still shows up in their inventory so they probably have the Rizzuto. I really hope to get it as I need it for the set. We'll see.

i have had issues with getting wrong cards from them and i use this email to contact them...they have been very good about responding and getting back to me right away
(the two times i had an issue it was with a variation type card so i understood how they got confused and wasnt very upset with them...just for clarification purposes)

They sent me a 73 Topps card last year instead of a 73 O-Pee-Chee. I just emailed Stephen, he apologized and sent me the right card and let me keep the wrong one. There prices are high but haven't really had any customer service complaints.

This is a good way to contact them. They short me cards every now and then but Stephen always responds quickly and sends the cards that are missing. He seems like a nice guy.
