Buyer Beware!
Visit vintagecardcollector.com to view side by side comparisons between a fake and an authentic 1951-52 parkhurst hockey card.I purchased 12 online which turned out to be counterfeit.Star cards as well as commons are being counterfeited.The lot I purchased had a couple with creases which indicated that these were in fact from an old collection.The cards could possibly be counterfeited by someone in Southwestern Ontario.I say this because I met another dealer within 20 miles that had purchased a few star cards locally which turned out to be counterfeit.He too was fooled at first,these cards are very well done,but once you handle a few it becomes obvious they are fakes.
