Yeah, I saw the McCoy he's trying to sell when I did my daily search yesterday. Hopefully Burge doesn't see them, he'll have a field day with these and the gold duals.

Someone should email the seller with a "Wow! Awesome cards! How did you ever pull them?" email, and see what sort of crap he comes up with. Then after he lies, send him a link to this thread.

I plan on buying a coupe and blasting him on the feedback.

Why, he clearly states that they're not actual cards and that they're "artists proofs" and have blank backs. I know he's being a ****** by selling them, opening up the possibilty for future fakes, but I'm not sure he's doing anything wrong since he he clearly states what they are.

They are not though. He clearly purchased an uncut sheet and cut them himself. No where does it say that altered the original piece himself.

I'm not sure that's worthy of a negative, but to each their own.

I might buy the McCoy just to get it off the market, if it stays cheap.

I thought these were sold originally by the seller who got the unclaimed warehouse shipping merch a la the Rene Tosoni autos from a while back, and then obviously these were cut up. I dont think these were supposed to be sold, but someone ****** up at Topps and they got to a seller who didnt know what he had.

The company is called Cargo Largo. It's a 20-30 minute drive from my house. They get some awesome stuff in that has went unclaimed, lost, or damaged. They will have sales where they sell complete pallets of items for under a hundred bucks. Bought some w/ some stereo equipment on one that was highend. sold the stuff for a couple grand. Then again a friend bought a pallet and it ended up being a pallet of flour.

So you have no idea what's on the pallet before you but it, you just buy it and hope it's something that you can flip or maybe just keep for yourself???

Some are wrapped, some are completely opened it all depends. The ones that are completely open usually go for more. A lot are sold live auction style.

Why do you need or even want a scan? He says in the auction

2) The backs on these cards are blank white and not stamped with a serial number.

I just dropped him a message. I know this guy personally! He is a really great guy. He actually became friends with Larry Johnson, you know, Grand mama. My boss and I entertained he and his boss trying to get business from them. He is a very honest guy, and I know he is not trying to hide anything. I may buy a lot of these from him.
