Imagine if Pujols played half his games in that band box in Philidelphia. That would be scary.

you are right, if he added a band box stadium to his roids usage, he might be in the top 5 in rbi's...maybe.

Kevin

Pujols has never been linked to steroids. What are you smoking? Howard is good, but if you were picking up a player for your team would you pick Pujols or Howard? If you don't pick Pujols you are on crack! Regardless if you like him or not he is the best by far. No one has ever put up the numbers he has year in and year out.

and lets look at the stats!

At Bats...Howard has 21 more at bats than Pujols so losing all this time due to the wrist is a crock.

Doubles...Howard has 26 Pujols 21

Home Runs...Pujols leads by 3 HR's

RBI's Howard CRUSHES Pujols 95-75

BB's Once again Howard CRUSHES Pujols 56-41

AVG. a stat where Pujols has been waaaay better than Howard...this year.. 29 points higher! big deal. Pujols not even
hitting .290

OBP....Pujols .353 Howard .344 BIG DIFF THERE!

Do you all even watch the games?

Kevin

And the Phillies are a far better team which explains the more RBIs.

Back to the OP, and AP has raised his average to .288. I really home he gets his .300/30/100 season.

The Cardinals have scored 46 more runs than the Phillies and lead the National league in Runs scored.

I have to ask, for all those people who consider schmiftfan20's comments trolling, do you think making ridiculous Howard and Pujols related comments in every thread about either of them (long before schmidtfan20 has even posted) is better? Some of the posts in this thread are infantile, yet because people have decided schmidtfan20 "trolls" it becomes acceptable? Yes Mizzourah, your post was completely classless.

Personally I am sick of the Pujols Howard BS on this board.

I was at the game tonight and that was the longest HR I have seen in that stadium. I was standing in Standing Room Only and I said to the guy next to me " Thants the longest homerun I have ever seen in this park by at least 10 feet" next thing ya know I look at the screen and it went 465. The longest before that was Berkman this year and I was at that game also that one went 456. It was crazy. I was taking pictures of Pujols during that AB tonight and before I moved my eye away from the camera the ball was already almost to left field. That ball was absolutely crushed.

If Howard sucks why do you all to defend Pujols every year when you are comparing the two? Why didn't the cards
lock the greatest hitter of all time up to a long term deal? How did his wrist heal so quickly?

Its funny, back in 2002 you all were saying the same things about Bonds...where is that talk now? Its only a matter
of time before we know the truth about Pujols.

Kevin

It will be a glorious day when Chris finally bans your stupid ass.

I actually have a print of that hahaha. I plan on getting it signed in January. Scott Rovak is a super nice guy and has said some nice things about some of my pictures. He is pretty funny. I always go to Winter Warm Up and every year I go and sit in on his presentations. He tells you what gear he uses what ISOs and F-Stops he uses its really neat for an ameatur photography as myself.
