ESPN Chicago says Fox is coming up and Neil Cotts is going down. About time, he was killing AAA. Maybe he can give the Cubs some runs!

8 game losing streak that we broke last night....We need some offensive help, and hopefully Jake can contribute.

Does this mean he will be taking over the C duties from Koyie Hill?

Not gonna get regular AB's though.
Unfortunately, there is nowhere for him to play.
Combine that with the fact that he is a defensive liability to begin with,
and i see the AL in his future. Too bad, cause the kid can rake.

FYI: His best RC is the 2003 Prospect Premieres Autograph.

Just saw that they sent Scales back down along with Cotts.

Cotts, I can care less, but I thought Scales was contributing nicely.

They also brought up IF Andres Blanco and LHP Jason Waddell.

These were to be had for next to nothing, and are now popping 20-25$ a card

Call me a homer if you want to, but how does a pretty decent Cubs prospect get left out of every Bowman Chrome release from 2003 till now. Don't they usually need players to fill out the checklist?

I got to watch Fox for a couple of years when he was with the Smokies, I even caught one of his home run balls!

Hopefully he will do well in the Majors. I don't like the Cubs, but I'm a fan of Fox.
