Not a Cubs fan, but a Lalli fan. He was on the Mountaineers in 2004 and I just had to have the super.

Paid over twice as much for the Super as I did the other eight cards, but whatever, its just money right?

/50 - puts me at 4/6 for the set - only two missing are /7 & /8

and he threw in some AWESOME Grace & Sandberg freebies

Just picked up these 2 the Topps is #19/69 and the LCM is #22/25

Nice pickups Chas! I like that Sandberg Pacific Gate Attractions, don't think I've seen it before. The Quad Absolute Cubs card is good looking too (mostly because Grace is on it ), nice pinstripes on it. Here's my copy, plus the Spectrum and the Prime (sorry, only Grace side scanned).

Chashawk, I will have to look through my Dawson stash and see if I have any of those that you need. I know I have a bunch, but I can't remember what they are numbered out of.

There is some great stuff that everyone is adding to their collections. Here are my additions from the last week or so. Eddie (tonsofcommons) sold me some Pacific M. Grace and K. Wood cards to help boost those sections of my collection...

Eddie was also kind enough to send some nice freebies, including a very low serial numbered Lou Brock:

I've been working on boosting the Mark Grace part of my collection. Here are some more recent additions:

Billy Williams has surprisingly few on card autographs, so I was happy to get a good price on this one:

(Kruk cards backed out on a Dawson BIN from the same set that I thought I had purchased)

And, of course, I've added a few Ryno cards.

And the highlight of the last month:

The dual in the same set with Banks and Sandberg sold for over $200 a couple of weeks ago (it was serial #ed to Ryno's jersey), so apparently having Derrek Lee on the card devalues it about 50%. :lol: Still, it's my first multi-player autograph with Banks and Sandberg and pretty well executed for a sticker autograph so I am very glad it is in my collection now.

I'll check it out. I'm trying to get my Sandberg collection up to 1K cards from his playing career plus my autos, GU, and occasional modern cards first and then want to do the same with Grace.

I'm hoping my UD Gold Glove batting glove Sosa GU comes in today. It's one of the oddball game-used I need. After it comes in, I will just need the fielding glove and stadium dirt.
