Got this one in about a week ago from a FCB member on eBay

and then this one today at the LCS. Super pumped to finally have an auto. Really wanted a Sweet Spot Auto, but they rarely show up and are a little more pricey.

Very nice Simpson, but that O'Neil is a must have card. Great pickups

Hey guys. These aren't new pickups but they are Cubs. I'll post new ones as I get them in. I got the Santo IP a few years ago when he was signing at a Peoria Chiefs game.

Yeah, that's a classic O'Neil auto. Historic too, as when he was hired by the Cubs, he became the first black coach in MLB. I love O'Neil autos (I'm probably part of the reason you haven't landed a cheap one)...

A couple of new cards in the mail for me today:

1993 Topps Black Gold Winner #D Redemption Error

I still need the B redemption and the ABCD certified.

I was ecstatic to get this one in. The listing was for the regular 1997 Finest Silver Refractor, which I still need, but the scan was telling me otherwise. It was confirmed today after receiving it that it is the embossed version.
