I see the ticket stubs are back again this year. Just got the first Grace. The card number from the set corresponds with what game the stub will be from. Grace's first card was #17 , and the same card is pictured on the Cubs #17 th home game stub.

Something different: My co-worker gave me this card at work today. Said he got it "with some popcorn." I had no idea what it was, and the card had no manufacturer identifying marks on it at all. I googled Ron Santo popcorn and found it:

Yea I am growing kinda fond of 1950 and 51 Bowman. It could lead to me chasing the set one day. I just really like these cards.

Got some more vintage Cubs in today. The 72 Monday card finishes my 72 set. Got a few to start my 51 Bowman set. the 51 Topps Red Back Terwilliger is the only Cubs Red Back if I am not mistaken.

I hope to start the 71 Topps Cubs team set soon. I kind of dread it in a way since its hard to find nicer looking cards with those black borders.
