Says ESPN blow bag Dan Dakich. His brilliant strategy was to hit Murphy in his first AB to reset his mojo.

Your thoughts?
He's spent the majority of today making fun of those who opposed his view including Keith Law.

Check out @dandakich on Twitter for the insanity. Baiting people to call in only to get muted and hung up on.

Although she pitches for the New New York Mets (and wears uniform number 7/8), there is but one bean ball specialist.

...and it landed her an endorsement deal from Bean Bay Beans!

That funny, because I've thought for the last month and a half that a great way to reset Jake Arrieta's mojo was to bean him in the face in his first at bat of the game.

Of course the "Sports Guy" who's probably never put a jock strap on in his entire life says something like that....if you cant beat them, injure them...I get it, he's stirring the pot to cause controversy

He's actually a former high level hooper. He's just so full of himself that I learned all about Dan Dakich from Dan Dakich.
Likely wrote his own Wikipedia page.

Dan Dakich was never an elite player, but he was a serviceable college ball player. As an Indiana Hoosier, he made his bones (rightly or wrongly) by "shutting down" Michael Jordan in the 1984 NCAA tournament. (Please let the record reflect that the 1984 Indiana Elite Eight team also featured Marty Simmons, who is now the coach of my undergrad Alma...the University of Evansville Purple Aces!) :-)

I've heard the Evansville Otters are interested in Don Mattingly's managerial services.

I only disagree slightly. Pitch high and *inside* to try to make Murphy scared ****less and uncomfortable in the batters box, but don't bean him.

I wish we had a modern day equivalent of Bob Gibson based on the stories I've heard about Gibson.
