Will Denver send Cutler to Cleveland for Rogers, Quinn?Maybe the Denver Broncos really do want to trade Jay Cutler. Broncosfreaks.com is reporting a deal may already be in place that would send Cutler to the Cleveland Browns for quarterback Brady Quinn, unhappy nose tackle Shaun Rogers and a third-round pick.

Media reports over the past couple weeks have indicated that Cleveland coach Eric Mangini is not overly impressed with Quinn. Rogers, feeling snubbed by Mangini on two different occasions, has asked to be traded. As the reported noted, the trade makes sense.

For Denver, there is a lack of quality nose tackles available on the free agent market and in the draft. Also, reports out of Denver indicate Cutler is unwilling to meet with the front office and coaching staff.

Probably the best case scenario. If they end up having to trade Cutler, and it's sort of starting to look that way, this would probably be the best option.

Props to the Broncos for ruining their relationship with one of the top 3 young QBs in the league... Great job!

I have never been too impressed with Quinn. I am sure Quinn also is not thrilled he no longer has Winslow to throw to.

Although the Broncos really messed up the Cutler situation bad, that is really good deal for the Browns I'd think.

If I'm Denver I do it, Cleveland no way. Quinn is alot smarter and doesn't have an attitude problem like Cutler and it's pretty much prover a bad attituded QB can't take you to the super bowl, plus Denver would be getting a good clogger in the middle of the line.

Thats why i won't do it.I not sold on Quinn either,i like Anderson better. If Quinn is traded we need picks or coverage help. The Browns can't afford to a trade a Pro Bowl lineman after 1 year and a draft pick. This team needs all the picks they can get.

I believe QB position is not even close to this teams problem.Edwards dropps more passes than anyone in the nfl and Stallworth & Winslow missed games giving Anderson scrubs to throw to.

Chris (Shaun) Rogers & I graduated together, I've rooted for him & followed his career since highschool (I believe he still owes me $12 from gambling in the back of homeroom & English in 10th grade) I just wish the Texans could make some kind of swap & snag Chr..Shaun, as that would be seriously AWESOME! I'm not a fan of crybaby QB's but I'm not all that confident in Quinn either. I think Denver would be getting a helluva deal with what I read from the OP! :D

I just read this on Fanball.com:

Broncos head coach Josh McDaniels said Tuesday that quarterback Jay Cutler will not be traded, according to NFL.com. "Let me be as clear as I can about this," McDaniels said. "We are not trading Jay Cutler-period."

So if this means what it says then this rumor has been officially shot-down! :D

Cutler calls himself a professional athlete and whines because his team might think there is someone better than him. Does this sound like the kind of guy you want running your team in a big game in a hostile environment?
