Looking good man. If I had a buddy that can do that, I'll make my own card(s). Like a a ten or twenty year run of cards with the same borders. One card per year and all 1 / 1's. How much did your buddy charge you?

I'm fairly sure it's not difficult to get your hands on that coating. Maybe not exact - but fire trucks around here use a VERY similar material for lettering.
