I searched and couldn't really find a thread with the info I'm looking for. Is there a thread where some of the more proficient custom card makers discuss the actual construction process? I'm not looking for design advice, more along the lines of what type of paper/card stock, cutting, gluing up memorabilia cards, etc.

If not, any suggestions?

Interesting I would like to know too. Love some of the custom card board member share here. I think if I recall correctly 1 member said that they bring their design to Kodax store to get this done.

That previous thread was edited for numerous reasons...first and foremost, the URL links for the pictures in the initial post died. The primary reason however for the full edit/deletion was because I posted a true "step-by-step" process with photos that even a monkey could have followed...and yet I was bombarded with countless PMs asking questions that were already addressed and illustrated.

All of that said, my biggest piece of advice is to take apart a jersey card of a nobody and see how it is made. The entire process is trial and error until you nail how YOU want to do it.
