You need to extend the artwork 1/8" past the cut lines. It makes it easier to cut accurately and helps avoid cutting the text.
For example, here's how I print my customs...shown on the right. The crop marks are away from the border, and the artwork bleeds .25". 1/8" is the standard bleed for print.

Also, you'll see that I don't have to print guidelines around the die-cut window. You have to however, so make the line thinner, perhaps using only the corners (not the entire box) and extend the artwork through the white box so that no white shows through.

I think 3.0 looks even better
Maybe start a cut collection with this theme
I had 200lb make me a Notable Nicknames set, with Aaron, Williams, Killebrew, Snider, Musial, Cool Papa Bell, etc
