Everything is updated to my knowledge up to this point.

The Cowboys dumping another CB, sending Anthony Henry to Detroit for QB Jon Kitna.

The Cowboys signing LB Keith Brooking, indicating Zach Thomas will not be re-signed. Also basically kills the rumors of Ray Lewis.

Brian Dawkins finds a home with the re-modded Denver Broncos defense.

Matt Cassel goes to the Chiefs for only a 2nd round pick. (Unless news of compensation changed since I last saw)

Rams make Jason Brown the highest paid Center in the game.

A few others were added on my list as well.

I hate to see Anthony Henry go, he was one of my favorite players because he went to the same HS as me.

Looks like Derrick Ward to the Bucs is a done deal. 4 years for 17 mil. He was the top RB out there so I should be happy but I hate him because he was a Giant and I really wanted Moreno in the draft.

There is some speculation by people on the Bucs boards, that they will use Ward in an attempt to trade for Cutler since I guess the Broncos were pretty high on him.

I hate my Cowboys right now. Roy Williams was one of my favorite players, although I can understand his release - his performce has slacked. But Terrell Owens!? He's only a problem when the Cowboys aren't winning. If they would win, he'd be fine - and contribute greatly. Now we have over $9m in cap space GONE on NOTHING. I hoe Jerry has some kind of great plan for his WR corp after ruining our draft chances to get Underperforming Williams (Roy to most of you), who was as helpful as a bucket of water is to a city fire.

Do not fret buddy

1. TO leaving is the best thing that could happen.

2. We will have enough room to sign D Ware

3. Roy Williams came to Dallas in the middle of a season, did not know Romo, the playbook or anything else. Training camp will show you a different Roy.

4. We have Witten, Roy, Bennett and some good compliment WRs plus we will draft another with one of our first 2 picks.

5. Wade Phillips will be fired next year

6. The stars all aligning...........unless Jason Garett becomes coach

Roy Williams has only even made it through one entire season, and seems to be underperforming the past few seasons. Yes he was a Lion, but the other Lions receivers outperformed him. I'm just a little skeptical that he can be a solid #1 WR.

I guess I'll just have to wait and see how they do. I'd like to see them get a little help in the secondary after losing two corners and a safety. The addition of LB Brooking is nice.
